Return & Exchange Policy

The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.BeBopClothing.com.

  1. For all items to be eligible for a refund, the merchandise must be returned unworn, all tags attached, intact and no visible signs of wear. If you return an item to www.BeBopClothing.com that does not meet all the criteria, the item will not be refunded and it will be mailed back to you.
  2. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.
  3. LATE RETURNS: If you return item to www.BeBopClothing.com that is considered late and is past the allotted time frame (see below for allotted time frames), the item will not be refunded and it will be mailed back to you.

RETURNS
If any item, other than FINAL SALE merchandise, purchased at www.BeBopClothing.com fails to meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund per the following guidelines:

A. All items, unless specified as FINAL SALE, may be returned to www.BeBopClothing.com.

Returning Items to the Online Store: Include this packing slip with your returned merchandise. You have 15 business days from the day you receive your package to return the merchandise. Your returned package must be postmarked by the 15th day in order to receive a refund. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

  1. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible).
  2. Please note, you (customer) will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  3. Mail package to:

B. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

C. www.BeBopClothing.com does not assume any responsibility for any package that is sent by a customer that is damaged, lost, stolen or not found.

EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges. However, if you need a different size, color or style, you may do one of the following:
1. Place a new order at www.BeBopClothing.com for the item that you want. Follow the return process above for the items you decide not to keep.
